Cross Country Interform Competition

For the final week in school this term, all pupils have taken part in an Interform Cross Country Competition which has taken place during their afternoon form time one day this week. All students showed great solidarity during the race, helping their peers make it back up the hill from the 3G football pitch, caring for others when they were pushing themselves to their limit and demonstrating social responsibility by winning points for their form classes!

Thank you to Mr Hook and Ms McNeill for organising such a brilliant competition, and to all the teachers who ran alongside their form classes to show moral support - Mrs Read, Mr Mohammed and Mr Luke to name but a few!

The winners of the competition are as follows: From our year 7 students Chris Aikhionbare from Silva was the first to cross the finish line, Year 8 we saw Benjamin Fadrowski from Aqua as our champion and last but not least the Year 9 winner was Malachai Ayivie from Ventus! Congratulations to all of our amazing winners, and a big well done to everyone who participated whether you ran, jogged and walked it!
